Summary: Check in person was excellent. Our room was not yet ready when we arrived. She patiently looked for accommodation options to try to provide us an upper level room. She held our luggage while we enjoyed the pool, and when our room was ready - she upgraded us to an Executive Suite! Whole stay was awesome. The pool, locker room, and pool staff were also exceptional.
