Negative: The exit door on the 2nd floor near room #200 was broken. Whenever someone entered or had to exit it would slam automatically. That's the only complaint I had. It woke me up a couple of times. I can't believe something so simple wasn't fixed. One gentleman said he's been there for a week and complained about the same thing.
