Summary: Good location but had some issues with the rooms initially. The first room we were given was old and tired, low shower pressure. Coffee machine provided but no coffee pods/creamer in the room so we requested it through their app, and it never turned up. Also the air conditioning did not work properly. They said it was centrally controlled - but our room was 27 degrees inside so we had to sleep with the windows open the first night! They tried to fix it after the first night but we woke up in the middle of the second night with a massive leak coming from the air conditioning. Staff had to come and look at it at 3am in the morning, and we they ended up moving us into a new room. The second room was much nicer - cleaner and updated room, with a working air conditioner and coffees/teas stocked up. They claimed the room was an upgraded room, but it was exactly the same size - just renovated. Not sure they should be putting anyone up in the older rooms, if it means they don’t service the rooms properly. Location wise it is convenient to the station and central Milan, with lots of public transport options, but very walkable. Gym and bar on site was nice. Reception staff were super helpful but best if you ring them or go down directly to make your requests, as the app they use is usually ignored.
