Positive: New clean room, everything you need fir a short overnight stay.

Negative: No hot eggs or breakfast meats. They do have packaged frozen omelets and egg bisquits to microwave that are fine. Overall the breakfast is very good for the price of the stay. Most motels in that price range don't have any eggs or meat.
