Positive: I really liked the kindness of the staff in the morning; the service was excellent and very attentive. I also enjoyed the pool area, as it was pleasant and well maintained.

Negative: During lunchtime, the experience was not the same, as there was only one person working and she seemed to focus mainly on serving alcoholic drinks instead of helping guests who were waiting for food. In addition, I was surprised that parking was charged even to hotel members, which is not something you would normally expect when staying at a hotel.I would also like to mention that the room I stayed in (724) did not seem to have good sound insulation. The noise from cars, ambulances, and traffic on 40th Street made it difficult to sleep well.
