Summary: The heating/ac unit did not work properly. It was very hot in our room both nights and nothing I did on the thermostat changed that. The shower never heated beyond Luke-warm temperature which made showering uncomfortable. The rooms are spacious and mattresses are ok but the pillows are just lumps of cotton and no good options to use. Finally, the hotel charged me on the card I simply reserved with and the one I swiped to pay with onsite - double charging me. The front desk said I’d have to wait days to get my money back and sent me 2,000 points which is equivalent to $16 for them holding an additional almost $600 for days and days. Would not stay here again.
