Summary: Wonderful room. Beautiful view, charming space, lovely staff. However, a few updates are certainly needed. The bed was terrible and my husband and I both woke up stiff every morning. Pillows weren’t comfortable either. And unfortunately the sound of pipes screaming wasn’t ideal. Towels also could use some softener. Overall we had a lovely Christmas, but we’d have to have a more comfortable bed to return.
