Summary: Room was tidy each day, and spotless each night we returned. The amenities were fantastic from the restaurants to the rooftop bar and restaurant. Bar tender was great and drinks fantastic. Thought the buffet breakfast was ridiculously priced and out of reach for most vacationers. My only negative is about the pool. The water was pretty chilly, but more importantly was the pool entrances. There was no easy way for elderly people to get in the pool. The steps were painful and dangerous. There is no way for the elderly to “walk” into the pool because there are no handrails. This is an accident waiting to happen and a probably lawsuit. Parking fees outrageous.
