Casa Mayflower is a new Hacienda style luxury house in the exclusive premier double gated community of Puerto Los Cabos. It is situated just 20 minutes from the Los Cabos International Airport, 10 minutes from historical downtown San Jose, and 25 minutes from Cabos San Lucas. There are numerous acclaimed fine dining and shopping nearby to make your holiday experience second to none.
The Hacienda features a large living area with an expansive glass door leading to a great terrace overlooking the golf course. From here you have great views to the swimming pool and jacuzzi, and garden featuring several fruit and palm trees. The living room also open through archways to a wet bar and a fantastic fully equipped gourmet kitchen with high end appliances and a great BBQ terrace,
giving you the options to cook if you do not want to dine out.
The main floor has the master bedroom with a bath tub and separate shower and toilet. It features a top of the line king size bed. Downstairs is a state of the art media room and home theatre with a projection screen, satellite TV, Blu-Ray/DVD player, radio and iPod music system. Three other rooms have king size beds and en-suites with dual vanity. One of the suites is an attached casita which is very well appointed.
While you are home enjoy the infinity pool and jacuzzi or relax upstairs in the roof top terrace which has an outdoor fireplace. You can sit and whale watch here or view the beautiful sunset.
