The patio yard is tiled with flowers growing on its border. It has two sets of table and chairs for your leisure enjoyment. The unit is close to a major shopping center and approx. 15 minutes from Pacific Beach and from La Jolla. The complex has an exercise room with new exercise equipment as well as three swimming pools, a spa/hot tub and a sauna. It has a gas barbecue close to the gated yard. Access and dedicated parking is secured/gated.
