The lot is level with an easy walk to the dock & boathouse. (lift and motor boat not for guest use) Summit Landing boating access ramp area is nearby. Ideally located in one of the best fishing coves at Lake Gaston. Conveniently located near Littleton & Roanoke Rapids. Can utilize boathouse for docking and 2 kayaks for renters use. A great get-away for families and girls/guys weekends
