Summary: Location is really nice as it is very walkable to the Island center. The hotel rooms are smaller in size than photo show it and For the most part the staff is nice and helpful, however when my family and I arrived at the hotel after traveling 10 hours of driving and to be told it is not 4:30pm you cannot get in your room. We arrived at the hotel at 1:30pm so we were not asking to be able to get in the room 5 to 8 hours prior to 4;30pm and the desk clerk had an attitude. Yes I was tired from driving but if the desk clerk would have showed an ounce of empathy it would be different and the rating would be different but since our stay started out poor the overall satisfaction was the reason for a poor rating.
