We also avoid dryer sheets and heavily fragranced products to create a cleaner, more comfortable environment for guests.

BOOKING POLICIES
• Minimum booking age is 25+ 6 people maximum (includes children)
• Cleaning fee plus applicable GST, PST, and MRDT taxes apply to all bookings
• Peak summer season requires a 3-night minimum stay with back-to-back reservations to avoid gaps
• Canadian statutory holidays require a 3-night minimum stay
• Winter holiday and long weekend rates may vary
• Discounts may apply for stays of 7+ nights outside peak season
• Cancellation policy: Full refund less $50 cancellation fee plus GST if cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival
• Reservations within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable
• Direct booking damage deposits of $300 are held at check-in and released 5 business days after check-out pending no damages
