Summary: This house was perfect for our group (several families with babies). The host was great and very communicative, even dropping off a replacement pack-and-play when we realized the house was missing its one. The property was clean and as-advertised and even had a few fun extra things, e.g. two paddleboards and some floaties for our use. There was plenty of parking for our whole group and it was about a 15 minute walk to a small neighborhood "beach" and playground. Would recommend and would stay here again.
