Summary: Loved the location but there were a few issues. Elevators were broken the duration of the stay, no coffee in room (website states you get free coffee from 25 degrees downstairs but that is false. The lobby has drip coffee but it wasn’t good.) The info we were given, we were also told that we get two glasses of complimentary champagne at Brassiere for staying at the hotel, but that was also false. In the room, you can’t see the TV because of how the bed is set up, even when you readjust the tv. We also read that we get discounted tickets to local attractions when staying at HR but we did all of the touristy LA things and they didn’t tell us this until after our stay.
