There is a second bedroom with twin beds which can be converted to King Bed on request with an adjacent updated full bath and laundry area. The private deck overlooks the Kennebunk River as well as the English gardens where you can relax and have morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. Use our private dock for your kayak, paddle board or enjoy fishing. An outside table and chairs near the dock with use of a Gas Grill.
