Smoking policy, smoking allowed in designated areas for non compliance $250 violation fee strictly enforced, security deposit, a uniform policy across of a standard security deposit of $100 for every check-in, requires all guests to provide this deposit, refunds to be issued after checkout, pet policy, pet fee will be applicable as mentioned below:, $25/day for first 6 nights, $15/day thereafter, unauthorized pet: $100 penalty with max 2 pets per room, service animals exempt, max weight permissible is 150lbs, any dangerous or illegally traded will not be permissible, pots, pans & plates, to purchase pots, pans & plates below are the charges, $39.99- purchase for pots and pans larger set, $19.99- purchase for plates, if guest wants to rent the $39.99 set then $15 /week. $40 penalty to be deducted from security deposit if the rented items are spoiled, linen damage, if linen(pillow, bedsheet, duvet, towel) gets damaged then we will charge between $15 to $40 penalty depending on item, early check-in & late check out is allowed at an additional cost of $10 depending on the availability of the same room category.guests are required to show a photo id and credit card upon check-in. please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
