The lower level walks out to the waterfront & a fire pit. This area provides it's own full kitchen, bathroom with shower, pool table, 1 large bedroom (with 3 twin beds & 1 Queen Bed - all have newer mattresses). The Spirit River Flowage is rather quiet & non-commercial with abundant Forest Crop land. It is possible to boat, paddle, kayak, cross country ski, etc. 7+ miles up the river to the west & 1+ miles to the east! Plenty of wildlife viewing, bald eagles, deer & great fishing! Swimming is good on the property with a small sandy beach. The rest of the shoreline has a variety of grassy, tree lined & rocky terrain. With 600 ft of frontage the level shoreline is a combination of sand, soft ground, rocky or some weeds. Amazing ice fishing location. Bald eagles year round! Astounding view of stars! Snowmobile trails & X Country skiing out your door! Plenty of room to park trailers.
