The house rules are as follows:
1. No smoking inside of the house nor on the front porch. Smoking is permitted outside on the patio.
2. No pets or animals allowed on the property.
3. No parties or gatherings are allowed.
4. No illegal activities allowed on the property.
5. Remove the trash and put it in the large trash bins outside. Trash is picked up weekly.
6. Wash all dishes prior to departing.
7. The maximum number of overnight guests is 8. For security and insurance purpose, the names of all guests must be sent to me prior to accessing the property. You may list the full names of all guests here.
Violation of rules 1 and 2 will result in a minimum additional fee of $500 and possible dismissal from the property. Violation of rules 3 and 4 will result in dismissal from the property and the actual fees based on cost incurred by the violation.

There are dusk to dawn lights that automatically come on and outside security cameras for your safety. Since this is a serene setting, birds or other animals might appear.
