Summary: Clean room, front desk staff & housekeeping very friendly, they treat you like family. The location is unfortunately in a less than desirable area, and a bit dangerous... But apparently there's new owners of this establishment and they are renovating and remodeling, as well as trying to clear out any unsavory characters hanging about. Went a couple days without hot water but thats fixed now so no harm no foul. Overall satisfied with my experience there.
