Brand new construction. Studio apartment on top of a two car garage in Downtown Orlando’s Milk district. The area between the Main House and Studio is not apart of this listing. Please respect the privacy of the other home. This property has a private hot tub area for your use only. Please respect quiet hours and no music or loud noise outside after 9pm. We are walking distance to great restaurants, starbucks and the plaza live and other great venues. Be the very first guest to book here. Everything is brand new top to bottom. Featuring an all white modern kitchen. You won’t regret taking a chance and booking here.

Very important about our driveway as long and narrow please do not make a U-turn at any time. You can either back or back. if you do not feel comfortable backing in or backing out because you do not have a back up camera please park on the street directly in front of the house.
