Our preference is to personally welcome guests upon arrival. The estate is a fully integrated smart home featuring a Control4 system that operates the lighting, HVAC, pool, and whole-home sound system. We’re happy to walk you through the property, amenities, and how everything works so you can fully enjoy the experience from the moment you arrive. Guests will have access to the main estate and nearly all amenities throughout the property during their stay, including the pool and hot tub, sports court, private pond, hiking trails, fitness center, sauna, cold plunge, game room, poker room, outdoor gathering areas, and multiple indoor entertainment spaces. Depending on the reservation selected, guests may also have access to the carriage house accommodations.
The estate features a fully integrated Control4 smart home system that operates lighting, HVAC, pool controls, and the whole-home sound system. Instructions and tutorials are provided, and we are happy to assist guests with any questions during their stay.
There is ample on-site parking available for guests. Certain storage, maintenance, and utility areas may remain locked and inaccessible for owner and staff use only. A caretaker resides in a separate home on the property and may occasionally access the grounds, pond, or trails for maintenance and property support.

Nearby is a coffee bar featuring both a traditional coffee maker and a premium Jura machine.

The Foundry fitness center includes a treadmill, rower, bike, free weights, kettlebells, yoga equipment, mini fridge, and sink area.
