The 2nd main floor bedroom has a walk-in closet. The upstairs bedroom suite has a huge walk in closet with a full length mirror. The upstairs double rain shower is very spacious and encased with frameless glass and Quartzite, and has his and her vanity mirrors and sinks. There is a bonus room upstairs with a futon that can be used as an office/extra bedroom. The kitchen has new cabinets, granite counter tops, and new stainless steel appliances. There is a laundry room just off the kitchen. The carpet is new, the wood floors newly refinished. There is Travertine tile in the kitchen, laundry room, and entryways. The ceilings have been replaced with knockdown texturing and recessed lighting. There is a small back yard with a 2 car garage. The house is a gem and you will love it. No smoking allowed!!
