Located in the highly sought-after Star of Paradise neighborhood, this fully renovated 4 bed, 2 baths mid-century modern rancher will become your favorite home away from home!
Close to many amenities and easy access to Highway 51, makes the location is ideal for all activities. You're a 15 min Uber to TPC Scottsdale/Waste Management, and 20 mins to Old Town Scottsdale. Easy access to Spring Training, Kierland/Scottsdale Quarter, Barrett Jackson, hiking trails, and trendy restaurants/bars.
The space
You will be cooking in a chef's dream kitchen with all the equipment including a gas stove. Enjoy the wine fridge/bar, 48" TV*, and large marble island so everyone can spread out.
The family room offers a large sectional AND couch for plenty of seating. There is a 65" flat-screen TV* with Sonos sound and a desk area with task light and computer. In the family room, you have glass doors inviting you outdoors.
The resort-like backyard offers a large modern pool with a Baja shelf and umbrella. An option for heat is available for a fee (**see details below.) Additional amenities include; an undercover area with sectional and 55" TV*; chaises for sunbathing; Bluetooth speakers; and, an outdoor kitchen with a gas grill for El Fresco dining. Finish off your evening by having a drink at the cozy firepit table with comfy swivel rockers.
Due to the popularity of our property. Furnishings incur wear and tear. We upgrade items as needed. We will always offer similar amenities, but furnishings may not always match the pictures.
* We do not offer cable. Smart TVs and/or Amazon firestick is available for all sets. You will need your own login credentials.
**Please contact us if you want the pool heated. The heat will be turned on to a temp of 85 degrees and be ready for your arrival. The start-up cost is $100 and then pricing ranges from $30-75 per consecutive day dependent on the time of year and current temp conditions. There is a 3-day minimum. You will be charged prior to your arrival so will know the total cost.
Please note that we have an outdoor Vivint home security system for safety and security. For your privacy, we will turn off all cameras (except the doorbell) for the duration of your stay. Any tampering with the cameras is grounds for immediate cancellation and eviction of the property.
