It's the perfect place to call home for your stay, half a mile to the community pool, .7 mile to the Bonito beach access with public parking. There are great deck views of the sound with privacy for sunbathing and relaxing, a private yard on double lot, and ample amenities within the community for the entire family. Amenities include tennis, fitness center, pool, playground, boat/kayak launch, basketball, and a multi purpose bike path. Families can crab and fish from the piers or rent kayaks, paddleboards, or jet skis from local companies. We're a short distance to dining, shopping and attractions such as Currituck Lighthouse, Whalehead Park, Wildlife Center, Boat Museum, Corolla Village, Tim Buck II, 4x4 beach, Corolla Wild Horses, maritime forest hiking trail.
The property offers 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom is located in the top floor and has a king bed with an en suite. A second master bedroom is located on the mid level with a king bed and en suite. A bunk room/ office with twin beds shares a bathroom with the other queen bedroom on the mid level.
