Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Instructions for keyless entry were very clear. We arrived a couple hours early, ahead of predicted bad weather, and were graciously allowed to check in early! The layout was very spacious welcoming. The bedding was truly hotel quality, making you not want to roll out of bed. My sister enjoyed the bonus office space. Loved the well adorned sideboard even though it would have been more practical to allow space for resting your stuff on entry into the apartment.

Negative: TV was difficult to find stations - not everyone has a streaming subscription - basic channels were not available over the air. There were a couple closets that were not accessible - the closet in the smallest bedroom should be made available for clothes and luggage so that there is space around the bed for free movement. There were some bath towels with small square honeycomb-like pattern and a manufacturer's label that said LUXURY. No fault of the owners, but these towels feel like rubber on your skin. Thankfully, there were other regular towels available. Not everyone loves cooking on their vacation, but we love to prepare a hot breakfast before hitting the road. The pots and pans have seen their years and need a refresh - probably an oversight as everything else have been updated. The king bed had a broken support, which was repaired less than an hour after reporting it. Kudos for that as the weather had already started to turn, but the handyman still showed up! I would still recommend changing the base from the lathe system to a solid base, as you feel every movement of anyone sharing the bed with you. A place in the master shower to hold your personal toiletries would be nice - if you are using the provided 'single use' toiletries, you are ok. I did not check the other bathroom.
