Summary: We have stayed there before, and wanted to book it again. The check in was slow and the staff didn’t make you feel too welcome. We were happy with our last visit, but unfortunately this time wasn’t as nice as last time. The first room smelled like sigarettes and we asked for a different room. They were helpful to give us another room. The room looked nice, but the sheets and towels had stains. That dosen’t look fresh. The room was big and beds were comfortable. Great view. The bathroom was very spacious with a separate shower, his and hers sink and a bathtub. There was a plumming/drain issue in the shower. It had a smell of urine and it was hair sticked (a lot) to two of the walls. Uncomfortable. They only give you a set of 3 towels. We had to ask for more towels every day. The housekeeping were helpful and gave us plenty when we asked. We didn’t get any directions to the hotel room by the front desk, and got lost. The security desk in the casino was very helpful and were the only people who actually smiled of the staff working in the hotel. We did not use the other facilities at the hotel. It takes about 15-20min to drive to the strip.
