The Space:
Nestled in a historic rowhome, our perfectly formed, newly remodeled English basement can comfortably sleep six guests. Outfitted with a spacious living room and full kitchen, guests will feel right at home with all amenities at your fingertips.
The apartment boasts a queen bed in each of the bedrooms, and a brand new queen sized sofa bed in the living room/kitchen.
The open floor plan in the living room / kitchen allows for interactive evenings wherein the fun and adventure continues after the sights; making the most of guests time and creating unforgettable memories!
The home is complete with a laptop friendly workspace for those traveling on business, the devoted student, or the avid planner (there is so much to see!). Tons of light enter from surrounding windows, and high ceilings contribute to the elegant but informal suite!

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire unit, it is not shared.
There is a family living upstairs. Please note that the everyday sounds and noises of family life (footsteps, stairs, kids playing, etc.) can be heard in both directions. You will undoubtedly hear them (and they will hear you) as they go about their everyday life.
The Neighborhood:
This timeless neighborhood is perfect for those to experience the city as a resident rather than a tourist - Logan Circle is undoubtedly the city's best neighborhood for restaurants, bars, shops, and nightlife. The unit is directly off the Circle and is 1 block from the 14th street corridor: Whole Foods, Starbucks, CVS, and multiple bars/restaurants on every block. The city's trendiest bars and restaurants have located along 14th Street and the U Street Corridor - both within easy walking distance - so it is the perfect location for a nice dinner or to enjoy a night on the town. All of these amenities are only a short away, and so is the noise. This unit is located on a quiet residential street directly off Logan Circle.
Getting Around:
Logan Circle is in the middle of all metro lines - access to the Red line, Orange/Blue/Silver, and Yellow/Green lines are located at 3 different stations all located within blocks of this unit, the closest being Shaw-Howard Metro Station. Dupont Circle metro is less then 20 minutes on foot from the home and offers some of the best restaurants and upscale retail locations in the city!
Several bus lines have stops located less than 1 block from the unit as well. Ubers are readily available (usually a 1-2 minute wait) and it costs around $6-10 or less to get anywhere in the city due to the convenient location.
