Welcome to Lily & Oak on Lake Sinclair! The property features a large house with a completely separate 1 bed suite located in the basement . The property has a boat ramp to drop your boat in and out of the water and the waterline features a sheltered swimming area, a dock to fish or park your own boat from (or rent ours!) , and a firepit. The home features strong wifi and Roku TVs to stream your own apps on. We look forward to welcoming you to our home!
The main section of the house is a five bedroom, three bathroom home centered around a large living room. There are two bedrooms each with king beds, two bedrooms with queen beds and one kids bedroom with two sets of bunk beds. This house also features a living room with smart TV connected to Roku, dining room and full kitchen. There is a porch running the full length of the back of the house along with a private porch off of the main suite.
The separate basement is a one bedroom, one bathroom with a living area with a pullout couch. The living room is also equipped with a smart tv connected to Roku, with some free channels and subscription based apps where you can use your own login information.

This home is on a large piece of property, secluded, but still only 8 minutes to the closest fully stocked gas station, Kwik Stop, and 17 minutes to Walmart, other stores and fast food located in Eatonton. This property is also located 26 minutes to downtown Milledgeville - full of restaurants, shopping, and more.
