This waterfront paradise is located on the Caloosahatchee River and offers direct gulf access, a private boat dock with two lifts, large, heated pool, and a waterfront tiki bar with an outside kitchen and grill. Inside, large sliding glass doors bathe your living area in natural light and immerse you in beautiful waterfront views. The perfect rental whether you want to spend a vacation on the water or just enjoy all the home’s fabulous amenities.
You will fall in love with “Latitude Adjustment”. This spacious house has its very own enclosed pool, tiki bar, large grill, and much more. It`s located in a great central location only 11.7 miles from
Downtown Fort Myers and there are a lot of great places to explore in the area. Fort Myers’ climate is classified as sub-tropical and it is blessed with 266 days of sunshine per year, which is 73% of the time.
Since it is located right on the western coast of Florida, residents of Fort Myers can choose to visit an almost unlimited number of beaches in the area.
