Summary: We booked this house based on the pictures, previous reviews, and location. The house had the number of bedrooms and bathrooms we needed plus adequate large gathering spaces for our group. Mike always responded in a timely manner to any questions and quickly fixed a broken shower door. However, the house needs a major deep cleaning and a lot of maintenance. We were concerned with some safety issues including an open hole in the wall with many electrical cords coming out of it and the sliding glass door to the backyard. We were not impressed with the quality of the bath towels and wash cloths, lack of kitchen dish towels, and the fact that we were lucky if we had one full roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. We were very disappointed that the pictures posted did not accurately represent the current state of the house. In our opinion the house is overpriced. This house would be wonderful if these conditions were improved because it is a great size for a large group.
