Located in a quite slough close to Chuck's, Chimney Rock, Goat Island by water and close to many great restaurants by land including Niffer's, Oscar's, Lake Martin Pizza Company, and Poplar Dawgs; and only 25 minutes to Auburn. This 4500 square foot house that can sleep 20 has two living areas, two full kitchens with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, two gas fireplaces, two laundry rooms, hardwood floors,and a grand piano! There are kayaks on property for your use as well. As you walk into the home, you enter on the main level with the kitchen, living area, and first master bedroom that has a mattress, large bathroom with double vanities, jetted tub, and separate shower with a walk in closet that hosts a washer and dryer. Upstairs are three bedrooms. The second master suite has a king bed, and bathroom with tub shower combination. The other two upstairs bedrooms share a hall bath and one has a queen bed and the other has two full size beds. If you travel back downstairs to the lower level, you will find another whole apartment! Large living area, beautiful kitchen and dining table with the third master bedroom that has a king bed, double vanities in the bathroom with a tile shower and walk in closet with another set of washer and dryer. The last bedroom is the bunk room with 4 twin extra long bunks, two queen beds that all connect to another bathroom. Both the main level and lower level have huge decks for grilling or relaxing!
