Just Beachy is a 5 bedroom / 5 bathroom beach home located directly on the Gulf of Mexico in Panama City Beach, FL. This location has a private pool, a spacious entertainment area with pavers in the backyard with lounge chairs, and a private boardwalk that leads you right onto the beautiful sandy beach. There is a propane gas grill on the back balcony, Vacations Perfected is not responsible for cleaning the grill or providing/replacing the propane bottle.
The kitchen area has all new stainless appliances, with plenty of lighting, lots of counter space, and bar seating for 4. The dining area has a spacious table for 6.
The living area has a comfortable sectional and swivel chairs.
You'll have the convenience of a washer/dryer on the ground floor.
This property has a 2-car driveway with space for an additional vehicle in the garage. We cannot guarantee parking for more than 3 vehicles. If you bring more than 3 vehicles, it is your responsibility to use a nearby city pay-per-day parking lot.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING! Panama City Beach Ordinance 1667 requires all occupants to be 21 years of age or older, unless a family with children. All occupants over the age of 18 will be required to submit a government-issued ID, such as a driver's license, at the time of booking. Vacations Perfected is legally required to keep these IDs on file for inspection from the City of Panama City Beach. Vacations Perfected is legally required to obtain the names and ages of ALL occupants of the property, regardless of age, for inspection from the City of Panama City Beach. This ordinance is in effect for High Impact Periods, from March 1 – Memorial Day, and other dates as determined by the city when needed. Violation of the ordinance can result in fines to the parent or guardian and eviction from the property by the city. This property is professionally managed by Vacations Perfected. Vacations Perfected requires the registered guest booking and occupying the condo to be 25 years of age or older.
