Off the Beachin' Path is a beautiful four bedroom home in the family friendly neighborhood of NatureWalk INCLUDING 4-seat golf cart, 4 Adult Bikes AND a 50-Amp EV charging outlet (NEMA 1450)! Beach towels are available for your convenience. Our home is a very short walk to the community pools which area amazing all year round! With a playground, spa, zero-entry pool, kiddie pool, and heated lap pool, NatureWalk's amenities are unrivaled on 30-A. Don't forget the pickleball courts, basketball, exercise stations throughout the neighborhood and the miles of trails through Point Washington State Park!
Both floors have wonderful screened porches for relaxing. The first floor offers an open living area with comfortable couches including a sleeper sofa and a flat-screen TV, connected to the dining and eat-in kitchen. The first floor also offers a King master suite, with separate shower and tub,as well as and additional main floor half bath. As you reach the second floor, you are welcomed to an additional living area with a queen sleeper sofa and large TV.
The second floor also includes an additional queen master suite with a full bathroom and walk-in shower, a guest room with queen bed and, a guest room with 2 twin beds. An additional full and half-bath are adjacent to the hallway.
The home has 2 driveway parking spaces. Additional parking is available throughout the neighborhood. No trailers are allowed in NatureWalk.
