Summary: Day 1- The shower was clogged Day 2- We told the front desk and they sent someone immediately so that was good on their part. The brealfast was not appeasing. Everything looked and taste as if it were saved from the previous day. The fruit had knats crawling/flying all over it. We get back to our room for the night and we have no towels to use and the trash hadn't been taken out. We told the front anddesk and they gave us new towels and said she would put us down for full service. Day 3- We tried to give breakfast another shot, but it was the same. We get back and oncagain there are no towels and the trash is there. We call the front desk and explain that we were suppose to receive full service after not getting it the day before. She calls the housekeper and they lie and say we had our do not disturb sign out. We were there for a conference amd had to be out by 9 every morning. We never touched that sign. To sum it up and I hope they see this, we will not be staying at this location again. Oh and the walls are paper thin. We could hear our neighbor coughing, hacking, and snoring every night. or full service the mext day. Day3-

Summary: Room was not clean. Gum wrappers on floor. Toothpaste on mirror. Things left under bathroom vanity. Only one of the two queen beds was made completely up.

Summary: Check in was easy. Lady checking us in not very friendly. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was awful. Scramble eggs were cold and were in little pieces as pebbles. Sausage was ok. There was oatmeal with all containers for brown sugar nuts and butter were empty. No one was keeping things fresh or clean. Stuff spilled all on counters. Orange juice tasted like water flavored orange juice. Pastry area had empty container with no pastries. Pancake thing was to hard to figure out and no mix. We stayed in same chain in Houston Texas before this and the breakfast was fantastic and clean. Workers are seen in front of building smoking.i went don about 815. This is not a place i would return to for the amount i spent for the night stay.

Summary: My stay at Holiday was wonderful.. very clean .. housekeeping was super nice , food was great!! My only small issue was my shower the water had to be running for about 10minutes before it started getting hot .. and the tub fills up super quick because the drain was messed up that’s a (small fix) but other than that 10/10 I would recommend

Summary: The room wasn’t clean, peanuts on the counter and the bedding had stains. Not to mention the air wasn’t working. I didn’t bother to alert the front desk due to being there for an event, that I was running late for. Didn’t have time to move rooms.
