Two fully stocked kitchens with cooking and serving-ware, large variety of drink glasses, fully automatic espresso makers, cooking essentials provided. Large screen TV in each bedroom and in living rooms. Electric room darkening shades, ceiling fans/light fixtures with remotes, Amazon Echo and wireless chargers in each bedroom. Outdoor dining/entertainment areas with seating, patio heaters, dining tables, and fire tables located in rear of main house and in front of ADU overlooking hillside, 2 hot tubs, gas and pellet BBQs at both houses, and hibachi grill at main house. Laundry rooms and EV car chargers at each house. Locked storerooms in each house are not for guest access. Pets only allowed in ADU unit.
