Summary: Upon arrival, we were advised that the elevator was broken and that we were have to take our family's 3 days worth of luggage up the stairs to room. Whenever we got to our room, I noticed that it was NOT the room that I had booked through hotels.com. I went back down to the desk and discussed this with the gentleman at the desk. He advised me that the room we originally booked, yesterday, was "out of order" and this was the best we could do. We decided we would make due and proceeded to situate the room for our needs. We quickly noticed that the pull out bed was broken. Whenever I called down to the desk to let them know, he said, "I'm sorry. We can bring a twin size pull out bed." I told him that wouldn't do for the number of people we have with us. He said that was the best he could do. We've had to go out and purchase an air mattress to put in our room to have sufficient sleeping arrangements for the hotel I've booked for the next 3 nights. This is an absolute nightmare! The lack of concern from the staff is unexcusable.
