Talk about location! Just 3 miles, or 9 minute drive time to Downtown Greenville. Our charming 2 bedroom bungalow is perfectly nestled in the quaint Sans Souci community. Downtown isn’t the only draw to this location either. Furman University, Travelers Rest, Paris Mountain State Park, and the Swamprabbit Trail are within minutes.
Walkable, 1 to 1.5 miles & some busy street crossings are Chickfila, Starbucks, Old Navy, grocery, & local shops and restaurants.
This truly is the perfect spot!

Getting Around:
There is parking for 2 cars in the driveway. Shopping and restaurants are incredibly convenient. This area is next to Cherrydale, a shopping district just north of Downtown Greenville. It is expanding rapidly with nice restaurants and stores. It's really hard to find a spot in Greenville that is so centrally located to everything you might want to do.
