For your security and to ensure compliance with local ordinances, the property is equipped with exterior security cameras at entry points and non-recording noise decibel monitoring devices in common areas. These devices respect your privacy and do not record conversations.
* **Pool Details:**
Pool Policy: Pool is available from March 1st to December 1st. Pool may be heated during your stay for an additional fee of $200/night. Please note that the pool temperature can depend on the outside temperature.
* **Pets:** Pets welcome (max 2, up to 50 lbs each). A one-time pet fee applies per pet and is shown at checkout once a pet is added. Pets must be disclosed prior to arrival.
* **Sports Equipment:**
Guests must bring their own rackets, paddles, and balls for the tennis and pickleball courts.
* **Trash Disposal:**
Please use the provided drawstring trash bags for all waste. Do not place loose trash items in the garage cans.
