• The house was meticulously renovated, keeping the 18th century charm. The main floor has a kitchen, dining room, living room, family room and bathroom. Upstairs is a bathroom and 3 bedrooms. There is a small exercise room which is detached from the house.
• Outside is a large patio with numerous outdoor games (badminton, volleyball, corn hole, & more).
• There is an RV on the property that is not rented to the public. The RV is 210ft from the house and is not visible from the house. Occasionally the owner will use the RV and the office (detached garage)
