There is a large private office on the second level with a very cozy twin sofa bed and pull out trundle, dual work stations are equipped with monitors, printer and high speed internet.
A whole house water purification system and an under-sink RO unit in the kitchen ensures healthy drinking water and bathing. This townhouse has a 10,000 liter water storage tank ensuring no shortage of water.
Fully equipped with custom made high end furnishings, high quality bed and bath linens and textiles. Bedrooms have custom blackout draperies ensuring a good nights sleep. Fully equipped kitchen with quality dinnerware, stemware, bake-ware, cookware, utensils and cutlery.
