Summary: Clean, updated older home. Good communication with friendly host, who offered late check out. Was surprised that there was no door to close to the bathroom in the king room and no door to close off the boat bedroom. the docks pictured do not go with this property. It only has a small stairway to a very small cove of water, which was low so we couldn't get in kayaks without going through mud. We weren't there much so this didn't matter to us. Good location for attending parents' weekend at Clemson, apx a 35 minute drive to campus.
