We are on a quiet street in a mostly residential neighborhood, and a 1/2 block away is a family restaurant and ice cream shop where the whole family can go to enjoy a special treat. Condo is 5 blocks from Randazzos, Blitz’s, Acme, Steam Pot, Hoys, and walking distance to the golf course and airport. Or take a stroll to the seashell museum or Dots pastry shop right around the corner!
Beautifully furnished and decorated condo has vaulted ceilings in great room adding to the spacious feeling throughout. Kitchen has granite countertops with an overhang and comfortable stool seating to allow for pleasant conversation as meals are prepared. Gourmet fully equipped kitchen with all stainless steel appliances complete the setup. Bathrooms are stylishly appointed with quartz-topped vanities. Each room is beautifully decorated and every room has a ceiling fan to aid circulation of the sea breeze when the windows are open. Of course, condo also has central air for your complete comfort.
All bedrooms are ample sized. Two bedrooms each have a queen-sized bed, 3rd bedroom has one full size bed and 4th bedroom includes a twin bunk over full bed, pull out full bed and separate twin bed. For added convenience a portable crib is provided for use if needed.
Condo has its own private, enclosed outside shower to rinse off after a day of relaxation and fun on the beach and in the sea. After showering, you can relax in comfortable chairs on the amply spaced large front or back porches. Go up to the private rooftop deck to watch the sun set!
TVs are situated in the great room and 3 bedrooms - Free Wifi and cable TV are included.
