Summary: Our stay was honestly a mixed experience, and Cydney at the front desk was by far the best part of it. From the moment she checked us in, she was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Her customer service made a big difference and deserves recognition. We specifically chose Embassy Suites because of the indoor pool, which was meant to be a main source of entertainment for my son. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed to find out upon arrival that the pool was out of order. That was a major letdown. On a positive note, the gym was open and functioning, which was appreciated. There were a few other issues during our stay. The elevator was extremely slow, and the shower water pressure was not good at all, which made for a less comfortable experience. Overall, the hotel itself fell short of expectations, but Cydney’s outstanding service truly stood out and helped soften the disappointment. She was absolutely the highlight of our stay.
