The Space:
Step into a freshly remodeled East Austin retreat, thoughtfully furnished with unique, comfortable pieces throughout. Sunlight fills every room, highlighting the inviting and open feel of the home.
The house features:
A spacious, fully equipped kitchen perfect for cooking or entertaining.
Two cozy bedrooms with queen beds that share a full bathroom.
A private king suite with its own en-suite bathroom.
A washer and dryer conveniently located in the hallway for guest use.
The kitchen looks out onto a private outdoor oasis complete with a large sectional, dining table, cornhole, a hammock, and a grill, ideal for relaxing or gathering with friends and family. The yard is fully fenced, offering plenty of space for kids or pups to play safely. A sliding gate opens to a secure carport that fits one larger vehicle or two compact cars.
Guest Access:
Guests have full private access to the entire home and backyard. All bedrooms include usable closets, and you’re welcome to make yourself at home in the fully equipped kitchen and laundry area with washer and dryer.
There is one locked owner’s closet that will remain off-limits, but everything else in the home is yours to enjoy.
Parking is easy and flexible, with free street parking in front of the house and a private, covered carport accessible via a sliding gate in the back. Please note: opening the gate requires a bit of strength.
The Neighborhood:
Nestled in the heart of East Austin, this neighborhood blends old-school charm with the city’s creative spirit. You’ll be surrounded by colorful murals, coffee shops, taco stands, and some of Austin’s best bars and music venues, all within walking distance. Just minutes from downtown, the East Side offers a true taste of Austin’s culture: vibrant, laid-back, and full of character.
Getting Around:

Check-in instructions. The house has an electronic deadbolt with a new code for all of our guests. Normal check-in time is 3:00pm but we might be able to do earlier at your request.
Check-out instruction: Check-out is at 11:00am.
Please make sure all trash is put in the trashcan inside or outside in the bin. There should be no trash on counters, bathrooms, bedrooms, or outside. Please make sure all used dishes are in the washer and it is started. You are not responsible for stripping the beds or starting laundry. The cleaning company will charge double the cleaning fee if the house is left in a horrible condition. It will also charge for horribly stained sheets and towels. A makeup towel will be supplied in each bathroom and should be the only things used for makeup.
Parties are not allowed under any circumstance.
