Positive: Very clean, comfy.

Negative: There was a HUUUGE ear splitting party one night directly above me. Manager did NOTHING to help . Went on until just after midnight. Also, it is NOT 4 Blocks from F. Qtr. Nice neighborhood but farther than I thought.
