3 Bedroom House in Lakehurst, Spicewood

This lake house is our family’s happy place! We recently renovated the kitchen, bathrooms, all floors and pavillion for outside living space! You can sit on the back deck and look out over the lake, grill and sit under the covered pavillion complete with outdoor ceiling fans and chandelier, or lounge in the private pool. The house is on a large wooded lot with long private driveway and parking for 5 cars.

• 3 bed/ 2 bathrooms located in Spicewood Tx

• Private pool and gated deck overlooking the water. The pool is not heated.

• Lake access. Please note, the path is down a steep hill with loose gravel path, so it will likely be difficult for kids and anyone who has trouble navigating inclines. There is a private boat house available for a boat tie up ($150 fee for boat tie up)

• Private gated driveway and covered pavilion with fire pit, bbq and large outdoor table

• Single person kayak & standup paddle board available

• We have duvet covers (not quilts or comforters) which are washed with the sheets for every bed & every stay

There are two bathrooms which are located inside of two of the bedrooms. So whoever is in the 3rd bedroom, will have to sneak through a bedroom to get to one of the bathrooms. Quirky- but FUN.

Summary: The check-in was easy. Nancy was a very great host, she would answer our inquiry right away and fix our issues in same day. The house was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the pool and the lake a lot plus bbq had both charcoal and propane. I would stay here again.
