Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The only reason why I stayed was only because Bookings was not going to give me a refund.

Negative: I didn’t like the fact that after I booked thru bookings a simple mistake on the app by checking pay later instead of pay now I couldn’t call and just pay over the phone. To top it off I couldn’t cancel because once you book you can’t cancel. Very horrible service I had to be in the phone for about 45 minutes and still nothing was resolved. They made me miss my church service and had to inconvenience me by making me pay with my debit card instead of my credit card. Worst service ever.
