This is a townhouse apartment located steps away from Miller’s Ferry, on Catawba Island. About 100 steps from the Ferry property and about 200 steps to the shore! This is a quiet location within a triplex. There are two upstairs bedrooms with new floors upstairs and downstairs. The upstairs has a full bathroom and both bedrooms have TVs. Downstairs boasts a living room and adjacent half bathroom. Kitchen has a cozy sit in dining room with refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster and microwave. This year we added a washer and dryer. There is a patio area with propane grill and with table umbrella and plenty of seating.

Summary: House was spacious and smelled amazing! However there were clumps of hair from previous stays, bugs everywhere, and certain things that were dirtier than they should have been. Brendan was great with communication time and being super helpful during check in though!
