Located in Seattle’s hottest neighborhood Capitol Hill, you’re within walking distance of the city’s best bars, restaurants, and parks, as well as access to the light rail, making it easy to explore everything the Emerald city has to offer. Just a short drive to downtown, Lake Union, and U District.
Casa Picasso is a duplex - the Rose Period is a 2 bed/1 bath located on the main level. The Blue Period is a 1bed/1bath located upstairs (you can book separately). Both units have been fully renovated, including modern amenities: heated bathroom floors, backlit led mirrors, all new appliances, and even a private garden and fire pit. We have TV and WiFi, and a fully stocked kitchen with Keurig, plates, bowls, cookware, and silverware.
The backyard and laundry room are shared between both units.

Local Volunteer Park provides a solid respite from the bustle of the city - stroll along the paths of one of Seattle`s most well-known parks, meander through the Seattle Asian Art Museum, or bask in the sight and floral aroma of the Volunteer Park Conservatory.
